At Creative Skye Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the guidelines below.
Return Window & Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items:
• Custom or personalized items
• Magazines & books (not in original condition)
• Gift cards & digital products
• Final sale items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How to Return an Item
1. Request a Return – Email customerservice@creativeskyeco.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the Item – If approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
